A PROFILE OF A BAND

Simple Plan was formed in Montreal, Canada in 1999. The original members were Pierre Bouvier(vocal), David Desrosiers(bass and vocal) Sébastien Lefebvure(guitar and vocal), Jeff Shinco(guitar) and Chuck Comeau (drums).
In 2000 it was formed completly.
Simple Plan's first album was released by Lava Recordsin 2002. The name was "No pads, no helmets... Just Balls". Was recorded in Toronto with Arnold Lanni how a productor.
In 2004 their second album was recorded, "Still not getting any..." with the production of Bob Rock.
In the same year they created a Fundation for teenagers and children with problems of drug addiction, suicide and proverty.
Simple Plan play both rock and punk music. Some of their best-known songs are Welcome to my life, Untiled, Perfect world, Shut Up and the new son is When I'm gone.
In February 2008 they release their third album, Simple Plan.
The band has a lot of fans.
The video for Welcome to my life became their biggest hit overseas, peaking at first position in Spain, as well as their native Canada.
